Re: Old Version MaxIf
I'm having trouble parsing exactly what you want to do - if you want it to automatically fully move (delete the row from one and move it to another) or just be pulled formulaically onto other sheet.
Either way, from your title it sounds like you could make it happen as long as you could make something work like a maxif() formula…
=if(rev@row=max(collect(rev:rev,doc:doc,doc@row)),"this is current","this is old")
seems like it would get the job done for you. Basically, use a max(collect()) to simulate a maxif().
Hopefully that is somewhat helpful…

User types and true-up page - show all users
Greeting,
After moving to the new license model (User Subscription Model) and having to use the 'User types and true-up' page for managing the users I find this page is not very user friendly at the moment. Below some options which would be helpful:
1. There is no option to go to a certain page, there are no clickable page numbers showing. With over 2000 users you have to go page by page which is very time consuming and not user friendly.
2. Sorting only works on active overview of 20 users. This should work on the whole list of users.
3. Ability to show more items on 1 page (items per page drop-down).

Add Direct Links & Context to Update Request Notifications to Sender
There is the need of having accessible URLs in the notification the sender get, once their update
request has been updated.
But there is hardly any reference to find in the notification emails, thus receiving multiple update confirmations remains hard to understand which user updated what in large sheets with multiple update request usually pending for same rows (but different cells).
These numbered points below refer to the image and show where the improvements in which way would help.
1. The reply does not contain any reference to the message of the update request. If we have sent more than one update request for a row, it is no longer possible to determine which update request was responded to/replied to (unless we use highlighting changes & cell history of each affected cell).
2. The selected fields (in the update request) should always be displayed in the reply to the sender, regardless of whether something has changed or not. (The additional information for the person to update helps also the original sender to get the context once the update is submitted).
3. If cell contents are changed, the line is displayed in the email, but without a link. If the row number has changed in the meanwhile, it is difficult to find the row.

Re: Automation no longer working
Hi @ljkeefe1,
I've had similar issues a couple of times. First time was when we changed our email scanning provider, and I had to change my settings to allow the mail to get through.
Second time, I ended up deleting and re-adding the workflow. Not ideal I grant you, but it's been working so far..
(cue me raising a support ticket tomorrow).
Do you receive the email if you run a test on a specific row? I have a workflow that send to two addresses, my email received them, a shared mailbox didn't. If I ran the test on a specific line, both accounts received it.
Bets of luck

Community Signature Visible on Mobile Phones
Dear Community Members,
I recently noticed that Community Member signature is only visible in the posts opened on PC / MAC browser but not on the mobile phones.
as an active member of Community and Smartsheet Partner I would like my signature to be visible. I asked Smartsheet about it and they told me to open the post in this section so other members can contribute on this idea as well.
It's a a setting that Smartsheet will turn on if we decide we want it :)
So who is in?I?

Re: #REF on formulas
I have the same issue. Cross Sheet References worked perfectly for 2 years and then suddenly started returning errors such as REF# or INVALID REF.
The formula is correct, but I have tried re mapping the cells which seems to work temporarily for most rows, but strangely not all rows.
Upon refreshing the sheet or logging back in the references revert back to REF#.
Support SCIM with Sailpoint Identity Now
We use Sailpoint IDN for our identity management solution and looks like Smartsheet doesnt support it. Please support SCIM with Sailpoint Identity Now ASAP. It seems that Sailpoint IDN already has a connector for Smartsheet on their end but its only able to pull some of the data.

Re: Average time calculation
I am not an expert in the TIME function and have only used it to create time from system values. Someone else might be able to help you here.
I would actually do a quick text manipulation to change your average time into hh:mm format, like this:
=VALUE(LEFT([Average Dwell Time]@row, FIND(".", [Average Dwell Time]@row) - 1)) + ":" + MOD([Average Dwell Time]@row, 1) * 60
This takes the part before the period.
Then places a colon.
Then places the part after the period multiplied by 60.

Allow Variables in Message Body for Timed-Based Update Requests
Currently as it stands, if there are placeholders entered in the custom message for a time-based Update Request, no custom message is sent.
Our use case is that we want to create reminder emails for users to update information for all of their assigned rows if they are not already populated. We want to have a few fields for them to update and they need a few read only fields to know what row they are updating. I tried adding the read-only fields in the message body, but that didn't work and I was told by support that this is a known limitation. I have already seen workflows where the user gets an email and when they click into the request form, the message body for that row is populated and they can fill out the fields, then they click next and they can see the message body for the next row and so on. Can you please add this functionality to time-based update requests?
Thanks,
-Ben
